  • Candidates: We collect personal information such as your name, contact details, resume, and interview responses. Additionally, we collect video recordings of your interviews. This data is used to facilitate the interview process, assess your qualifications, and communicate with you.
  • Interviewers: We collect information such as your name, professional background, and interview feedback. This data helps in scheduling interviews, maintaining quality, and ensuring effective communication.
  • Recruiters and Staffing Agencies: We collect contact information and details of candidates you provide. This data is used to coordinate interviews and provide updates on candidate progress.
  • End Clients: We collect data related to the interviews requested by you, including interview schedules, candidate details, interview outcomes, and video recordings. This data is used to manage the interview process and provide you with the necessary insights.

Data Processing Activities

  • Candidates: Your data is processed to match you with suitable interview opportunities, manage interview logistics, securely store interview outcomes, and analyze video recordings for assessment purposes.
  • Interviewers: Your data is used to schedule interviews, provide necessary candidate information, and collect your feedback on interviews conducted.
  • Recruiters and Staffing Agencies: Your data is processed to manage the list of candidates, schedule interviews, and provide status updates on the interview process.
  • End Clients: Your data is processed to manage interview requests, coordinate interview schedules, store interview outcomes, and securely manage video recordings. You are the ultimate owner of the candidate interview data.

  • Only authorized personnel have access to your data, and they are trained to handle it with the utmost confidentiality.

  • Candidates: Your data, including video recordings, is retained for the duration of the recruitment process and as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations and internal policies. Video recordings are deleted within 45 days after the interview.
  • Interviewers: Your data is retained for the period necessary to manage and assess interview processes and maintain records for quality assurance.
  • Recruiters and Staffing Agencies: Your data and the data of the candidates you provide are retained as required to facilitate the recruitment process and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • End Clients: Data related to your interview requests and outcomes, including video recordings, is retained as long as necessary to fulfill your requests and comply with legal obligations. Video recordings are deleted within 45 days after the interview.

    User Rights and Controls

    • Candidates: You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, including video recordings. You can also request a copy of your data or object to its processing under GDPR and CCPA.
    • Interviewers, Recruiters, and Staffing Agencies: You have the right to access, update, or delete your data and the data you provide, in accordance with GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant data protection laws.
    • End Clients: You have the right to access the interview data you own and request updates or deletions as necessary, subject to legal and regulatory requirements.

    • We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other international data protection regulations. You can contact our Data Protection Officer (DPO) for any concerns or to exercise your data protection rights.

      • Risebird does not offer monetary refunds for any interview. All purchases are final. In the event of any verified discrepancy or issue in the interview process, Risebird provides a complimentary REDO interview as part of our service assurance.

      • In the event of severe cases of natural calamity or cybercrime, Risebird, Arhat Talent Solutions Private Limited, and its directors will not be responsible for any data privacy breaches or data loss. While we implement robust security measures to protect your data, certain events may be beyond our control.
